"At the age of 19 I started with McGill in the transportation department as a truck washer. As time went on, I moved to the production side as a utility operator. As the opportunities came, I always strived to perform at my best. As time went on, I stepped up as a front-end operator, then worked my way up to being a team lead. I was then given the opportunity to take the role of Plant Manager which I have held for 2 years. I have now been with McGill for 16 years. I have been blessed to have had multiple people not only believe in me but putting their trust in me."
Oscar Lopez

It has allowed me to grow my skills, take on new responsibilities, and become more confident in my abilities. This position has also helped me develop a greater sense of responsibility and pride in the work I do every day. The support from management and coworkers has made it easier to learn and improve, and I appreciate being trusted with important tasks and responsibilities.
I am grateful for the opportunities this job has provided me so far, and I look forward to continuing to grow within the company and contributing wherever I can."
